Welcome to Bella Sera at the Preserve

Welcome to the Bella Sera Community Association website. This site provides information for Owners, residents, Board of Directors, and Midwest Property Management. The Association's official governing documents, including our Rules and Regulations, are located on the site. Additional information includes a resident directory, names of members on Association committees, minutes of past Board and Annual meetings, a calendar of events, reservation forms, general announcements, and reminders. Financial information, including Budgets and YTD financials, can be found by clicking on the "Financials" page.

The Bella Sera safety plans are located on the website. There are two versions available: a quick reference (Emergency Contact Guide) and one that has more details and covers more emergency-related events (Bella Sera Safety Plan). For your safety, please take time to click on these two documents and review the safety plans.

Your individual information can be updated as you wish; however, if you add information in the "spouse" section, it may interfere with the program's capability to send to you certain e-mails.

Regular Board meetings are scheduled on the third Wednesday of each month at 9:30 a.m. in the Conference Room or Living Room. Board meetings are open to all Owners and residents. In an ongoing effort to meet the needs of the Community, the Board may schedule Special and/or Emergency Board meetings. Announcements of these meetings will be posted on the Community website or in the elevators.

Midwest Property Management is now on-site at Bella Sera. Debbie Meeker is the on-site manager and her hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Debbie's email address is [email protected].

At all other times please call Midwest Property Management's office number 785-592-8122 for common area non-emergency, emergency, and after hour's emergencies.
